Out-of-court dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides an online platform for dispute resolution ("ODR platform") under the link https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If the customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, it is possible to use this platform for the out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. We are obliged to inform you about the existence of this OS platform. We strive to resolve emerging disagreements, with our customers concluded contracts, amicably through our customer service. Furthermore, we are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure by the consumer arbitration board and are generally not willing to do so.
